How long will it take for my ALTRA order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start your request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
What payment methods do you accept?
ALTRA accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is processed, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to you. You can also track your order directly through the 'Order Status' page on our website using your order number and email address.

Yes, ALTRA ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Quality is our priority. All ALTRA products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with photos of the defect.
